Dragon Perfumes is small batch and studio-finished. This page outlines how we ship, what to expect, and how we handle rare issues.
shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During launches, seasonal releases, or Traveling Atelier weekends, processing may extend slightly.
Tracking is provided once your package leaves the studio.

- International shipping offered where permitted by local regulations
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
international orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Customs processing can add time, and we cannot control those delays.
returns and exchanges
Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrance, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This protects the safety, integrity, and quality of every order.
damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

- Include clear photos of the packaging and item
- We will resolve promptly based on availability
Approved issues are resolved with a replacement or store credit, depending on inventory.
order accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We cannot replace orders impacted by address errors entered at checkout.
