I compose perfume as architecture rather than as a simple sequence of top, heart and base notes.

Each material performs a function. Some create movement. Some define the perfume’s identity. Others provide structure, while a select few introduce the transformation that gives the fragrance its soul.

What gives Dragon heat, lift, projection and motion.

Cinnamon bark and clove create the first ignition. Their warmth moves immediately through the rose rather than sitting above it. Petitgrain and clary sage introduce lift and aromatic clarity, while Dragon Radiance carries the composition outward through its amber-mineral musk glow. The engine creates heat with precision and projection with control.

The recognizable character

Identity

The materials that make Dragon feel like Dragon.

Rose otto forms the central identity, shaped by spice and supported by ylang ylang and jasmine attar. The floral structure feels confident rather than delicate. It carries warmth, sensuality and command. Ho wood adds a smooth woody-floral bridge, allowing the rose to feel sculpted, dimensional and unmistakably connected to the mineral glow beneath it.

Structure and composure

Support

What gives the flame shape, gravity and staying power.

Patchouli and vetiver give Dragon its earth and mineral depth. Ambergris smooths the composition and creates a creamy, expensive finish. Tonquin musk extends the aura, while vanilla, cocoa absolute and smoky woods add warmth without turning the perfume sweet. Burnt cedar introduces the sensation of ember, stone and controlled smoke.
